The easiest way to find Hotel Playa Sur Tenerife is of course taking a taxi, and you will rarely encounter a problem when doing so as the hotel is well known annd also located in the same borough as the airport. However, for your own confidence - especially if you are foreign and dont speak the language at all - we will give you some practical advise and help you on the way.

First of all, it is a good idea to write down "EL MEDANO" and then "HOTEL PLAYA SUR TENERIFE" with large letters on a piece of paper, maybe also with a ring around the name of the hotel. By showing this to the taxi driver before getting in, you effectively guarantee yourself that he knows where you are going beforehand.

If you also know the price you are supposed to pay, it is a good idea to write that down on the same paper. Local taxi drivers are very polite and friendly but also known for charging too much from none the wiser tourists if they can.
